Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (SMDC) is seeking a contractor or contractors to maintain the specified sites in a clean and safe condition for the enjoyment of the general public. The work required by Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (SMDC) consists of emptying litter bins and the removal of litter at the following sites:  Wetley Moor Common, Werrington.  Biddulph Grange Country Park, Biddulph.  Biddulph Valley Way, Biddulph.  Hales Hall Pool, Cheadle.  Marshes Hill Common. Brown Edge.  Ladderedge Country Park, Leek.  Leekbrook Line, Leek  Cecillly Brook, Cheadle
