Tender description
Oxford City Council is seeking to award a Service Concession Contract to allow for the design, implementation, and operation of a high capacity innovation commercial wireless network which will deliver open space Wi-Fi coverage as well as enhance mobile coverage within the City Council and Oxfordshire County Council and named districts. The Concession Contract shall be in accordance with the attached documents comprising Terms and Conditions (Concessions Contract), Specification, Requirement, Methodology Responses and Commercial Template.
