NWSSP on behalf of Cardiff and Vale NHS University Local Health Board uLHB purchased Midas Rex drills and ENT power systems. There is now a requirement for a long term maintenance agreement for these. Medtronic are the suppliers and they do not sell parts for service and repair to third party vendors. If Original Manufacturer Products are not used there is no guarantee that the correct performance and results will be received from the equipment. This could also render the systems unsafe or ineffective for their intended use. They also provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, technical calibrations, and system safety and planned maintenance inspections as necessary within their package..
