Tender description

The principle objective of this tender is to appoint a minimum of two Contractors to provide open space maintenance works, tree surgery works, assisted garden maintenance works and one off works within void property gardens within the following independent areas: - Aberdeen City; Aberdeenshire North; and Aberdeenshire South. Please refer to Section II.2.4) Description of Procurement (for each lot) for details on how lots are to be awarded to more than one bidder where the situation arises that one bidder is in first place for all three lots. The principle objective of this tender is to appoint a minimum of two Contractors to provide open space maintenance works, tree surgery works, assisted garden maintenance works and one off works within void property gardens within the following independent areas: - Aberdeen City; Aberdeenshire North; and Aberdeenshire South. As detailed in Section II.1.6) Information about lots, bidders may submit tenders for all three lots if they do so wish. However, Grampian Housing Association Ltd. (GHA) require a minimum of two Contractors to provide this service across the three lots/ areas. Following submission and review of tenders, should one bidder be in first place for all three lots/ areas, to provide GHA with their required minimum of two Contractors, the first placed bidder will be awarded the two lots/ areas where they have the largest winning margin (Total combined score of Cost and Quality for each lot). The one lot/ area of the three where they have the smallest winning margin will be awarded to the second placed bidder. This decision will be final and no requests for any revisions to this process will be considered by GHA.
