Invitation to tender for the provision of Consultancy Services to assist in the Transformation Process

Tender description

We wish to engage a third party to support us in our Transformation Programme, accelerating the identification of non-value adding activity, the introduction of a standardised approach to case management and informing the development of a High Performance Management System and support structures. It is estimated the overall timescale implementation for the project will be approximately 3 months however if the Supplier believes this to be unachievable or if it is believed it can be delivered within a shorter timescale this should be included within the tender response. If a shorter timescale is proposed consideration must be given to the amount of support required for Wirral Community Foundation Trust staff. Keywords: Consultancy, Transformation, Healthcare
