Tender description

Housing & Care 21 are looking to appoint suppliers to three regional frameworks across England (North, Central and South) to provide Interior Design Services for newly constructed sites/schemes. Each framework will have up to 5 suppliers, who will be expected to compete with each other for each project. There are 16 planned projects over the next 5 years. Restrictive Procedure, comprising of a Pre Qualification Questionnaire/Selection Questionnaire, followed by an Invitation to Tender. Successful suppliers will then be asked to participate in a Demonstration Phase where they will be asked to provide design ideas against a predefined brief. The successful suppliers will then be added to the regional frameworks with the opportunity to bid for 16 projects over a period of 5 years.
