Tender description
We are hosting a provider market place event on Thursday 9th February 2017 at 2 – 5 pm at the Learning Development Centre for providers to engage with commissioners around the future provision of an Integrated Carers Services in North Lincolnshire. North Lincolnshire Council and NHS North Lincolnshire CCG are looking to commission an integrated Carers service which will provide person centred support to Adult Carers, and/or Parent Carers of disabled children and young people, collectively ‘Carers’*.
