We are seeking support in residential care for a female aged between 45-50 with disabilities in the Gloucester or Cheltenham areas. PLEASE NOTE: If you submit a proposal, we expect you to include your weekly cost on the response form. Without completing this section, your submission will not be shortlisted and considered by the support worker. Gloucestershire County Council seeks to commission a package of care and support for an adult with Disabilities who lives in Gloucestershire. Responses to this further competition should be made via the Supplying the South West system by registering an interest against this opportunity. Once this step is completed you will receive an email containing the link to further information. Responses should be made using the blank pro-forma within that information.
