Tender description

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for Managing agent for private rented residential scheme at St Chads housing development, Tilbury. Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified private rented sector managing agent on behalf of its wholly owned development company Gloriana Thurrock Limited (Gloriana) to support its proposal to develop a new residential scheme on St Chads Road, Tilbury. The scheme is currently being constructed on site with a phased completion programme from approx. January to June 2017. PLEASE NOTE THIS CONTRACT HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED
