Tender description

e-ITT for the replacement of roof coverings and ancillary works to 44 properties in the New Forest area. The Tender requirements are for the stripping off and disposal of existing roof tiles, felt and battens and providing and fixing new underlay, battens and roof tiles to properties as listed in the contract documents. The works shall also include cleaning down and repointing of all existing chimneys and renewal of existing associated leadwork. One property requires the replacement of the soffits, fascia boards, gutters and downpipes in PVCu. And all associated works required. Keywords: Roofing
