The location of the works is the junction of A665 Pilkington Way/Blackburn St, Radcliffe The works will involve the upgrade of the traffic signals to provide a separate crossing facility for cyclists between Darbyshire St/School St. Pedestrian crossing facilities are also being provided & new islands being constructed.
