Tender description

The commission will involve the delivery of an annual schools minor works programme as well as other ad hoc projects as required over a period of 3 years and 6 months commencing Dec 2016 with an option to extend for as further 1 year: — Commence: from Dec 2016 to work upon the 2017/18 programme until end April 2018. — Continue: from Dec 2017 to work upon the 2018/19 programme until end of April 2019. — Continue: from Dec 2018 to work upon the 2019/20 programme until end of April 2020. — Option to Extend: the Council reserve the right to make a decision whether to extend the consultancy services for a further period to continue work on the 2020/2021 programme until April 2021. Estimated Contract Value: 600 000 GBP — 16 000 000 GBP over 4 years. The service is to be delivered under ICE NEC3 professional services contract (june 2005).
