9596 Support services for annual programme of events delivered by Norwich City Council

Tender description

Norwich City Council (the Administering Authority) is seeking to create a contract framework of up to five suppliers in each of the following service categories to provide it's event support services for up to 4 years (2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years) from 1 April 2017. The event support service categories includes, but will not be restricted to, the following services: Security Radio communications Generators Barriers and road closure signage Portable toilets Marquees Temporary bar facilities PA services Stages and stage lighting Portakabins First aid and medical services These services will support the council to deliver public events in and around Norwich. Suppliers can tender to be considered for any number of the above service categories required (e.g. we do not have a preference for one supplier to provide all services).
