Tender description

The contracts for window cleaning services across the University Estate have now been awarded. This requirement is split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1 covers the traditional (non-specialist) cleaning of external and internal windows across City, Walsall, Telford Campuses and University of Wolverhampton Science Park. The Lot 1 Contract will be awarded to a single Contractor. Lot 2 covers window cleaning to those buildings which require specialist access techniques i.e. rope-access predominantly located at City Campus. The Lot 2 Contract will be awarded to a single Contractor. Tenderers could only apply for a single Lot. The opportunity will also be available for use by other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority.
