Thurrock CCG Multipe Services AQP

Tender description

Thurrock Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to secure Providers for the provision of the following Any Qualified Provider(AQP) services: 1. 24 Hour BP Monitoring, 2. Community Ultrasound, 3. Gonadorelin Analogue, 4. Secondary Care Wound Management, and 5. Vasectomy Services 6. Phlebotomy Please note that Community Ultrasound will be procured for both Thurrock and Basildon & Brentwood CCG. This is a repeat window of opportunity that allows additional service providers to join the existing Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list. The providers who are already on the existing AQP list do not need to re-apply. As a Qualified Provider there are no guaranteed levels of activity and payment is made based on actual provision of the services. The Services will be for the population registered with General Practitioners (GP) in Thurrock CCG.
