See Section 5 - Attachments NHS North West Surrey CCG as Lead Commissioner on behalf of four Surrey CCGs is hosting two pre-market engagement events in regard to the Integrated Urgent Care Procurement opportunity anticipated for launch in January 2018. The objective of these events is to consult on a number of facets within the service specification. We recommend attendance at both events as the second will reflect the feedback and subsequent changes made to the service specification as a direct result of the first. Following consultation at engagement events in December 2016 and August 2017 the market strongly supported this pre-market engagement approach toward the procurement as opposed to a two stage ITT approach with negotiation. The events will be held at Dorking Halls, Reigate Road, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1SJ on Wednesday 4th October 2017 and Thursday 19th October 2017. The running order for the days is detailed below.
