Social work services with accommodation

Tender description

Westminster City Council is looking to re-procure the Young Persons Supported Accommodation pathway of services that make a positive contribution to improving the quality of life of vulnerable individuals through the delivery of personalised, preventative and early intervention services. The Council is not however in a position to offer providers suitable properties from which to deliver the services and is therefore seeking expressions of interest from any provider that has access to suitable accommodation that meets the Council's requirements before the procurement strategy can be finalised. Please see the information against the different ‘Lots’ for the required capacities. In addition to the bed-space capacity, all buildings from which the services are to be provided must meet the minimum building requirements that are set out in the ‘Additional Information’ section. Lot 1 must be based in a building that can offer the following capacity: Assessment Bedspaces — 15; Emergency Bedspaces — 3; High Support Bedspaces — 14; Training Flats — 4. Lot 2 must be based in a building with the following capacity: 16 High Support bed-spaces. Lot 3 must be based in a building with the following capacity: High Supported Bed-spaces: 4.
