Tender description

Dumfries and Galloway Council directly operates the (HWRCs) at Newton Stewart and Stranraer and the SZWP The Council has a requirement for skip transport, waste treatment & disposal or recycling of the waste materials collected. The required work has been split into four lots. The range of services to be provided include: — Lot 1 — Materials to be Collected and Treated (Stranraer and Newton Stewart). — Lot 2 — Transport Only (Stranraer and Newton Stewart) — Lot 3 — Internal Skip Movements (Stranraer Only) — Lot 4 — Scrap Metal and Car Batteries (Stranraer and Newton Stewart) The contract value is GBP 260000.00 over the possible two year contract period. Please note that this value is indicative and is not guaranteed due to tonnage fluctuations. Tenderers may submit bids for one, some or all lots.
