Summary of the work Two parts - Project Management & PMO. (1) Project Management - Manage London accommodation move and related projects (2) PMO & Support - Programmes administration, arranging meetings - Engaging with programme leads, capturing deadlines. - Producing plans. - Highlighting risks and dependencies. - Producing weekly management reports and other documentation. Specialist role Programme manager Expected Contract Length 6-12 months Latest start date Monday 30 October 2017 Maximum Day Rate £600 Who Speclialist Work With Supporting the Director and Homes England Development Programme Manager in implementing and supporting a comprehensive programme management arrangement to ensure that the constituent programmes required are successfully defined, planned and delivered over the next six months. The four constituent programmes are Digital, People, Space and Operating Model. What Specialists Work On Supporting the Homes England Development Programme Skills & Experience • Successful project manager • Have experience of providing Project/Programme Management Support into Government • Experience of producing and managing clear plans both via products such as MS Project and at a higher level. • Flexibility to pick up all necessary tasks including administration and support • Excellent people skills and emotional sensitivity • Disciplined and process-driven • Experience of being part of teams that have successfully delivered major programmes / projects which cut across a number of areas - people, restructuring, process change, digital • Experience of a number of different Programme and Project environments Nice to Haves • Agile Practitioner Qualification • Project Manager Qualification • Experience of managing an accommodation move Work Location Based in our offices at 2 Marsham Street. Government Security Clearance would be an advantage. Working Arrangments The role will be onsite in our offices at 2 Marsham Street in Whitehall. Limited home working may be possible once the role has settled in. Please clarify which certifications are required for this role as mentioned Agile Practitioner Qualification & Project Manager Qualification We are not specifying any one agile or project management qualification but are interested in any recognised qualifications that candidates have 2. Agile Practitioner Qualification, Project Manager Qualification - Are both these qualification mandatory for this role. If any one of the qualification is there would you consider the candidate. They are optional not mandatory and we aren't specifying specific qualifications 3. Regarding the SC clearance status, if the candidate does not hold active SC clearance and is willing to go through the process, can this be considered, if yes will you sponsor the security clearance Yes we will consider sponsoring SC clearance 4. Can a candidate with DV clearance be considered for this role Yes 5. What is the lead time for feedback once the application is submitted?
