Tender description

Supply of Custom Made Insoles (Bespoke Orthotics). The contract is for the provision of a Custom Made Insoles (Orthotic) service for new and existing patients of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The objective of the products shall be to: — Improve and aid mobility of patients; — Reduce back pain and knee tension; — Improve posture of the patient. — Contract for 3 years with options for 2 x 12 month period (5 years Max).
