Tender description

HIE including any subsidiary organisation and/or associated company), is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced suppliers capable of filming and editing material for use by HIE and by any other named users of the Marketing Services Framework in promotion of their activities, products and services, clients and the region. This could range from filming/editing DVDs and short films to stream online, to developing digital case studies. Also, there may be occasions for film footage and interview material to be solely gathered by the supplier following briefing from HIE/named users. It is expected that these services will be required from September 2017 for an initial period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term. The total value given in II.2.6 is the total value including any extensions.
