Tender description
Norfolk County Council require an organisation to provide an Independent Visitor Scheme that will provide suitably appointed volunteers to visit any Looked After Children where it is deemed to be in their best interests. Independent Visitors are volunteers who befriend and support children and young people aged up to 18 who are looked after by the Local Authority. Norfolk Independent Visitors' Scheme (Children's Services).
