Tender description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. The London Borough of Hounslow is re-commissioning its existing Supported Accommodation services. The aim is to empower Service Users to move towards independent living, support their successful transition from childhood, and lay the foundations for healthy, ambitious, and safe adult lives with minimal on going support. The Authority would like to invite a qualified and experienced provider to bid for the service as a single provider. The contract will be for an initial period of 4 years commencing in October 2017 with an option of a further 3 years, in 12-month periods, at the sole discretion of the Authority. The Council has set out within the Selection Questionnaire, a Self-declaration for which participating organisations should undergo prior to participating in this tender exercise.
