The current housing related support and prevention services form part of what originated as the Supporting People programme. These service contracts are not in line with current best practice and legislative guidance. London Borough of Harrow is seeking to engage with and obtain the views of providers of housing related support and prevention services. This is a pre-market warming exercise to help develop thinking on the way in which such services might be provided in London Borough of Harrow in the future. The information we receive will help the commissioners make decisions about the best approaches to take in commissioning these services for Harrow Council.
