Tender description

Belfast Harbour Commissioners (BHC) has a requirement for the supply of electricity to the Meter Point Reference Numbers (MPRNs) located throughout the Belfast Harbour Estate from time to time. BHC has therefore appointed the successful supplier to supply its requirements with effect from 1.10.2017 to 30.9.2019 (subject to any earlier termination in accordance with the terms of the contract). BHC does not however provide any commitment, guarantee or otherwise warrant that it will purchase any minimum level of kWh in any year, or that its purchases will be made at any minimum level of kWh. BHC reserves the right to adjust its purchasing requirements and/or the number of MPRNs based on operational and customer requirements during the term of the contract.
