Ealing CCG - Future Out of Hospital Services - Market Engagement (Updated)

Updated: Please Note Change to 2nd Event Venue & Time Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has stated its intention to commission a single contract for the provision of community-based services for the population of Ealing from 2018 for up to a 10-year period. Ealing CCG currently commissions a number of community services outside of hospital with different providers. This has led to multiple handoffs with variation in service delivery, configurations and efficiency. Ealing CCG is looking to commission a single contract for community Out of Hospital services for adults and children during 2018. Once commissioned, the provider will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of all out of hospital community services, removing the constraints of multiple contracts, and providing a unique opportunity to deliver care that can be better coordinated and integrated. This will form a building block of accountable care working in Ealing in support of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan's ambition for an accountable care system for North West London. The CCG is continuing to develop and test its draft model of care requirements: a draft prospectus is available via the CCG website (http://www.ealingccg.nhs.uk/media/130136/Paper-5-Commissioning-a-Lead-Provider-for-Out-of-Hospital-Care.pdf). This shows the potential in scope services for the new model, of which a number are currently integrated health and social care services and there is potential for greater integration in the coming years. The CCG wishes to invite potentially interested providers of out of hospital care services to help test the model and the associated potential commercial options. The CCG are holding two Market Engagement Events: The 1st Event will be between 1400-1700hrs, Tuesday 19th September 2017; (Expired) The 2nd Event will be between 0930-1200hrs on Wednesday 4th October 2017. The 2nd Event is being held in the Queens Hall, Ealing Town Hall, New Broadway, Ealing, W5 2BY.
