Tender description

This Framework is for the boarding, kennelling and collection of animals, stray or otherwise. The Framework will cover the combined areas of 3 local authorities (Gateshead, South Tyneside & Sunderland). The Framework is split into 4 Lots corresponding to the 3 local authority areas and a combination of the 3 local authority areas: Lot 1 — Gateshead; Lot 2 — South Tyneside; Lot 3 — Sunderland; Lot 4 — Lots 1 — 3 combined. Any contractor bidding must be licensed by the relevant member organisation under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963. The Council will appoint a maximum of 3 contractors to each Lot of the framework. In order to be appointed to this framework, following tender evaluation your organisation must be ranked 1 — 3 in each lot for which you have applied. This Lot is for the boarding, kennelling and collection of animals, stray or otherwise, within the boundary of Gateshead. Any contractor bidding must be licensed by the relevant member organisation under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963. The Council will appoint a maximum of 3 contractors to this Lot. In order to be appointed to this framework, following tender evaluation your organisation must be ranked 1 — 3. This Lot is for the boarding, kennelling and collection of animals, stray or otherwise, within the boundary of South Tyneside. Any contractor bidding must be licensed by the relevant member organisation under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963. The Council will appoint a maximum of 3 contractors to this Lot. In order to be appointed to this framework, following tender evaluation your organisation must be ranked 1 — 3. This Lot is for the boarding, kennelling and collection of animals, stray or otherwise, within the boundary of Sunderland. Any contractor bidding must be licensed by the relevant member organisation under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963. The Council will appoint a maximum of 3 contractors to this Lot. In order to be appointed to this framework, following tender evaluation your organisation must be ranked 1 — 3. This Lot is for the boarding, kennelling and collection of animals, stray or otherwise, within the boundary of Sunderland. Any contractor bidding must be licensed by the relevant member organisation under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963. The Council will appoint a maximum of 3 contractors to this Lot.
