Tender description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider to deliver a Housing Options IT System (the System). The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of five (5) years with a possible two (2) x twelve (12) months extensions. The Scope of usage within the Housing Options Team is indicated below and shall be delivered by the Providers proposed solution: — Housing Register Application Process, — Allocation Process, — Housing Advice and Homeless Case Management, — Housing Related Support Gateway and Support Outcomes, — Temporary Accommodation Placement and Outcomes Management, — Customer Portal.
