Tender description

A recurrent tendering process led by LUPC on behalf of HE Consortia members for the procurement of Desktop, Notebook, 2-in-1 Hybrid devices, Tablet and Workstation PCs and similar equipment for the Higher Education sector and associated public sector bodies throughout the UK. The framework agreements for participating institutions are across 3 lots for commencement on 1.9.2017 and will continue for a period of 3 years with the facility to extend for a further 1 year subject to agreement between the parties. The requirement automatically covers Full or Associate Members within the higher education regional purchasing consortia (LUPC, SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, APUC and HEPCW) as further defined in the contract notice. Supply and maintenance of goods and services relating to Desktop PC equipment including All-In-Ones, Workstations and Thin-Client devices across the UK. Supply and maintenance of goods and services relating to Notebook/Laptop PCs including 2-in-1 Hybrid devices, Mobile Workstations and Tablets. The single source supply and maintenance of goods and services within the combined scope of Lots 1 and 2.
