There are 14 lots out of these Lots 4 of the Lots are Durham CountyCouncil requirements details include Lot A1-Material Damage etc, Lot A2-Motor Fleet, Lot A3-Computer,Lot A4-Fidelity Guarantee. 4 of the Lots are for the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner for Durham'srequirements details include: Lot B1 Material Damage etc, Lot B2-Fidelity Guarantee, Lot B3-Computer, LotB4-Engineering Inspection and Insurance and 6 lots for County Durham and Darlington Fire & Rescue Servicedetails include Lot C1-Material Damage etc, Lot C2-Casualty, Lot C3-Motor Fleet, Lot C4-Fidelity Guarantee, LotC5-Computer and Lot C6-Engineering Inspection.The Authority intends to invite the top 6 scoring bidders subject to them passing Part 1, Part 2, and the other sections of Part 3 and achieved a minimum weighting of 50% or over for each question for that type of insurance. The Economic Operator who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender based on the above mechanism will be awarded the Lot(s) for that Contracting Authority. It is to be noted that, with regard to Price, the most competitive price, be it on an individual Lot price basis or a package Lot discount basis will be applied.
