Centrepoint is the leading charity for homeless young people in the UK. Centrepoint is a registered supported housing provider, a registered charity and a registered company limited by guarantee. We support over 8,400 16-25 year olds into housing and employment every year. Centrepoint are seeking a Provider that will administer a cleaning service to approximately 50 accommodations in London. Centrepoint currently operate from a range of properties including the head office and staffed services. These are cleaned to different specifications and frequencies. In addition to the standard weekly cleans, properties will also require Void Cleans as and when they become vacant. We also require a supplier with the ability to fulfil occasional Ad-Hoc cleans in addition to standard weekly cleans.
