Tender description
The Concession is for a short term 3 year contract (with the option of an extension to provide catering services at Manchester Crown Court in Crown Square. The Concession is operated at nil cost to the successful supplier and the supplier gets to keep all profits made from the operation of the contract. The only risk from operation is that HMCTS cannot be held accountable for lack of demand. To provide catering services (food and beverages) on site to the public, the judiciary and the jury.
