Tender description
The proposed development comprises of a 9 floor academic block with 2 floors of rooftop plant and a partial basement. The main building has a double height atrium with escalators leading to the 2nd floor,this being the main academic arrival point.UCL will be awarded a grant of 100 000 000 GBP by the Greater London Authority to partially fund the project. Levels consist of office or academic teaching space, interaction spaces and specialist labs. Levels 2, 4 and 7 have external terraces with the addition of a cafe on level 7.
