Tender description

Contractors are required to dispose of waste and re-instate the property as part of each statement of requirement (SOR) to appropriate regulations and rules and will be reviewed against each SOR. Air analytical testing will be carried out by an independent company and arrangement to engage with this company will be made by Plymouth Community Homes. You or one of your subsidiary companies will not be awarded this Contract and the Survey/Analytical work/tender, we will allow you to bid for both but you will NOT be awarded both.
