Home Group is embarking on an ambitious growth agenda where we will see a vast increase in the number of homes we develop across the country. In order to achieve this we need the support and expertise of external consultants from a range of disciplines. The Planning Consultants Framework will provide on-hand expertise across the full spectrum of planning related issues, it will be used to seek advice on local issues and respond quickly where the opportunities arise. The purpose of the planning framework is to achieve consistency of advice, greater capacity and best value so that we are best placed to meet our growth targets. The procurement process is now complete. Lot 1 will operate in Scotland, for the purposes of the tender Home Group considers the following Local Authority areas to fall within the Scotland Lot: Glasgow, East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire; East and West Dunbartonshire; North and South Lanarkshire; City of Edinburgh; East, Mid and West Lothian and Dundee. To tender for a lot applicants must have been able to provide the full suite of services required. These are: Consultancy services linked to immediate development proposals to include but not limited to: — Pre-application — Pre-application Consultation — Documentation — Post Submission — Project Management and Procurement of supporting consultants — Strategic Planning Consultancy. For the purposes of the tender Home Group considers the following Local Authority Areas to fall within the North Lot: Northumberland; North Tyneside; Newcastle; Gateshead; South Tyneside; Sunderland; Durham; Hartlepool; Middlesbrough; Stockton; Redcar and Cleveland; Allerdale; Barrow; Carlisle; Copeland; Eden and South Lakeland; East Riding; York; North Yorkshire; Leeds; Bradford; Calderdale; Kirklees; Wakefield. To tender for a lot applicants must have been able to provide the full suite of services required. These are: Consultancy services linked to immediate development proposals to include but not limited to: Pre-application — Pre-application Consultation — Documentation — Post Submission — Project Management and Procurement of supporting consultants — Strategic Planning Consultancy. Lot 3 will operate in London and the Southern region, for the purposes of this tender Home Group considers the following Local Authority areas to fall within the Southern lot: Greater London Authority boroughs; Essex; Hertfordshire; Bedfordshire; Cambridgeshire; Huntingdon and Peterborough; Northamptonshire; Oxford; Buckinghamshire; Berkshire; Hampshire; Surrey and West Sussex. To tender for a lot applicants must have been able to provide the full suite of services required.
