Tender description

Project Scope – Environmental Improvement Scheme for Fountain Street, Antrim which will include: upgrading of paving from asphalt to granite (2,037m²) to match existing granite paving in Market Square, High Street and Church Street, utility works including but not limited to BT and NIE, street lighting (installation will be undertaken by Transport NI Street Lighting), soft landscaping and provision of street furniture. Following completion of the project Transport NI will resurface the carriageway through their maintenance contract. Project Scale – The estimated construction value (inc. street lighting and utilities), excluding VAT, is £700,000.
