Tender description

ECC are seeking to undertake face to face market engagement with a range of providers in respect of a proposed framework for printing, marketing, and communications services. The aim of the event is to provide you with information of the services we will require, how the framework will be managed and used, how we expect to tender for the contract and then an opportunity for you to ask questions and speak to members of the project team regarding these areas of service. The event will be held on Tuesday 31st October between 14:00 and 17:00 in Chelmsford, Essex. There are limited spaces for attendees so there will be a limit of 2 attendees per organisation. Places will be confirmed on a first come first served basis. The framework will be for the procurement of printing, marketing and communications services. The framework will be split into lots based on similar requirements. Providers will be able to bid for a place on multiple lots. Further information regarding the content of the framework and the services to be delivered will be provided at the engagement event.
