Tender description

SCDC is seeking a consultant to provide financial viability advice on a live planning application for a residential-led scheme of 6500 homes on a site of 293 hectares at Waterbeach New Town. The site lies north of Waterbeach village, next to the A10 and approximately 5 kilometres north of Cambridge. The wider site forms part of the former Waterbeach airfield and barracks and is proposed for allocation in the draft South Cambridgeshire Local Plan, which is currently at examination. The current application is submitted jointly by the Secretary of State for Defence and Urban&Civic. Keywords: viability consultancy
