Tender description

United Utilities are currently undertaking market research and would be interested in talking to suppliers who are able to provide Services in line with the specification outlined within section II.2.4 of this notice. This is being undertaken to understand the capabilities and capacity of the fleet support Services in the market place. We will then use this information to help determine United Utilities overall approach and any future strategy in relation to the Procurement of Occupational Road Risk services. The scope is to provide a service for managing occupational road risk: — Provide a service for managing occupational road risk (ORR), — Provide a URL online web based connection to the company's intranet site, — Identify driver types, groups and categories based on risk (miles driven, age, number of accidents, penalty points etc.), — The provision and management of online driver risk assessments, — The provision of training for drivers identified as needing a training requirement, — Information sharing of driver data with UU fleet management, — Other information and reporting as required.
