Kent County Council would like to invite bids for the attached scanning requirement for the Highway Definition Record Management Project. The Highways Team is currently undertaking a record management project, preparing and sending office based paper documents used to help in research of the highway boundary for scanning. This will benefit the team in the future by having electronically available copies of these documents. Please see attached requirement for further details. Interested suppliers should submit their quotations for this work via the Kent Business Portal by midday, Friday 6th October 2017.
