TP17/010 - Annual Health and Safety Inspections of Zone 1 Trees in 12 Kent Country Parks sites

Kent County Council would like to invite bids for the annual health and safety inspection of Zone 1 Trees at 12 Kent Country Parks sites. Kent Country Parks, a division of Kent County Council, manages 12 country parks and countryside sites of varying sizes throughout the county. Each park is “zoned” by its ranger team, with zone one being higher risk areas where tree condition inspections must be carried out each year by a professional arboricultural company to assess whether any tree safety work is required. Tree inspections should take place during November and December 2017, with hard copy reports submitted by Friday 12 January 2018. Please see attached requirement for further details. Further information regarding site locations will be available to suppliers who have expressed an interest in this opportunity. Interested suppliers should submit their quotations for this work via the Kent Business Portal by midday, Friday 6th October 2017. Total cost should be inclusive of inspections for all 12 country parks and preparation of associated reports.
