The Port have historically managed Compliance Services in-house through their engineering/health and safety teams. With ever evolving statutory obligations, the need for real-time status of compliance and the demands of effective supplier management in delivery, the Port wishes to better understand the value in employing a third party to provide a managed service solution to control this on their behalf. Interest is invited to assist in this market engagement exercise from suppliers who can provide a Compliance Services managed solution, which is envisaged to include: Statutory compliance expertise Designated client manager/team Client portal with real-time compliance data visibility Performance reporting/data Supplier management including quality and price benchmarking Potential for self-delivery (not critical) This PIN is for those suppliers who provide full facilities management solution it is not intended for the individual constituent suppliers who provide compliance services.
