System and support services

Tender description

There are currently 28 individual Moodle instances in a Federated Moodle Managed environment. The Services requested through this tender process involves the supply of support services to develop, maintain, improve and support this Moodle based infrastructure. The contractor is also expected during the duration of this contract to continue integration with SOLAS internal systems and external eLearning content providers. Based on future strategic direction the contractor may be required to facilitate the transfer of these Moodle instances to a cloud based environment, under individual ETB control.
