Tender description
Housing and Care 21 are looking to appoint a single supplier of stationery to provide necessary items to it's head office and all other sites throughout England. Description of procurement: This tender will be completed through a three stage closed process in line with OJEU regulations. Suppliers will be asked to complete a Standard Questionnaire (SQ) to short-list suppliers. Those who are successful at this stage will then be asked to complete the Invitation to Tender (ITT) to establish their suitability for the contract against a number of project specific questions. The third stage will be an E-Auction to establish the final pricing.
