Tender description

An award of a service concession contract to appoint an energy buying partner with a pre-established portfolio of public sector organisations to act as an agent to arrange gas purchases, fixes and unfixes for Contracting Authorities calling off under a Framework Agreement for the supply of gas. The Framework Agreement will be advertised in the OJEU later in the year and will be a single operator framework. This is a renewal of an existing relationship established under the VEAT notice 2014/S 053-089137.
