Tender description

Blackpool Council has invited and evaluated quotations from suitably qualified and experienced planning consultants to: (i) undertake a retail capacity study for Blackpool to establish current provision and future needs; (ii) to advise on introducing a local retail threshold for retail impact assessment and if appropriate the level of such a threshold; (iii) to undertake a commercial leisure facilities (Use Class D2) assessment for Blackpool to establish current provision and future needs; and (iv) to undertake a hotel needs assessment to establish the hotel capacity and need for 3, 4, and 5 star hotels in Blackpool.
