Request for Tenders for the Provision of Canteen services for seven Post Primary Schools and Colleges under Cork ETB

Cork Education and Training Board invites tenders to this Request for Tenders for the provision of Canteen Services at four post primary schools and three colleges of Further Education. There are seven lots in this tender. Tenders can make submissions for any number of lots they so choose. The contracts are a Services Concession and Cork ETB reserves the right to negotiate with some or all tenderers as part of a final phase of tender evaluation. The choice of those invited to negotiate will be made using a successive reduction process by applying the award criteria (ie following initial evaluations and scoring, the top ranking firm(s) may be invited to a negotiation round) The Contracts will be issued for a term of three years, with the option to extend for a period of one year up to a maximum of three such extensions. The seven lots are as follows: Lot 1: Coachford College, Coachford, Co. Cork (Post Primary) Lot 2: St. Aidan’s Community College, Dublin Hill, Cork (Post Primary) Lot 3: Glanmire Community College, Glanmire, Co. Cork (Post Primary – Senior School only) Lot 4: Davis College, Summerhill, Mallow, Co. Cork (Post Primary) Lot 5: Mallow College, Annabella, Mallow, Co. Cork (College of Further Education) Lot 6: St. John’ Central College, Sawmill Street, Cork (College of Further Education) Lot 7: Coláiste Stiofáin Naofa, Tramore Road, Cork (College of Further Education) The closing date for receipt of online submissions is 12 noon on Monday 18th July, 2016. It is anticipated that the negotiation meetings will be held on 3rd to 5th August, 2016 at Cork ETB offices, 21 Lavitt’s Quay, Cork.
