Repair and maintenance services of measuring, testing and checking apparatus

Tender description

Babcock DSG Limited acting as the UK Ministry of Defence's Agent, intends to negotiate a single source Contract with VL Test Systems Limited for the Calibration, Repair and Maintenance of the fleet of Van Leeuwen Test Systems fixed Roller Brake Testers (RBT), Headlamp Beam Testers (HBT) and Wheel Play Detectors (WPD) within the UK and overseas (including in-theatre) vehicle test facilities. This will also include removal, refurbishment and re-installation of machines from site to site, maintenance of the VOSA database of vehicle DfT test codes, and training on the use of the machines to MOD staff. The requirement also includes the Purchase of Headlamp Beam Testers and Wheel Play Detectors when required.
