Tender description

The Council requires a service for the treatment of residual and bulky waste from Council Household Recycling Centres and Civic Amenity Sites. The service required will be for the recycling and recovery of the contract waste to maximise diversion from landfill so that at least 50 percent of the contract waste is diverted from landfill. Waste will be delivered by the Council, or its contractor, to a single nominated delivery point. The waste is collected using roll on roll off open containers and compaction containers ranging in size from 20-40 cu. yd and transported using a hook lift service.
