Tender description

The RTB is currently involved in an ICT Strategy to deliver change to core systems supporting its functions. This strategy sets out a comprehensive, integrated, 3-year roadmap for the development of its information and communications technology. The strategy has outlined a programme of work with interdependent tracks or projects. RTB will require personnel to provide short term project specific support in the delivery of this strategy. To support RTB in delivering on this ICT Strategy, it has a requirement for personnel in the following broad categories for short term project specific support: 1. Software Developers / Web Designers / UI Designers; 2. Project / Programme Managers; 3. Infrastructure Specialists (Cloud and On Premise); 4. Quality Management / Testing / Business Analysts; 5. ICT Security Specialists; 6. Change Management; 7. Database Admin/Support; 8. Service Desk Support (Levels I, II, and III); 9. Training (Office automation tools to highly technical ICT specific product sets); 10. Social Media/Digital strategists/Marketer's; 11. Multimedia/Graphic Designers; 12. Data Analysts; 13. Subject Matter Experts, e.g. GDPR, Business Continuity, etc. A more detailed description of the roles/categories is included in the tender document.
